"You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." -- Buckminster Fuller
Today on CrossTalk News, we detail the proof that the USA is responsible for the sabotaging of the Nordstream pipelines and name the specific ship and navy demolition team responsible for this debilitating and traitorous act of terrorism against NATO ally Germany.
All this and more, on today's CrossTalk News...
Judge Aileen Cannon on Thursday ruled in favor of Trump and rejected Special Master Raymond Dearie’s request to have Trump’s legal team “verify that the government’s inventory log of seized items is accurate.” ABC News reported.
A California teenager has been arrested for driving a “cloned” Border Patrol vehicle.
The Michigan State budget has ballooned in recent years. In 2021, the state spent a record $84.6 billion dollars.
Another disturbing headline about the shooting in Oakland comes from the ABC7 I-Team, law enforcement sources tell us school officials have sent text messages to shooting victims, instructing them not to cooperate with police.
We're hearing it's a pattern, and some parents at the school are worried that a lack of action by school officials after previous incidents may have led to this escalation in violence.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) yielded to demands by unions, President Joe Biden, and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and signed a law allowing farmworker unions to conduct elections via vote-by-mail, after vetoing a similar bill last year over concerns about integrity.
Last year, Breitbart News reported, Newsom rejected the proposal:
The bill, AB 616, would have allowed farm workers to use the same mechanism that Democrats have championed in recent elections, including Newsom’s own recall election last week. Democrats have also characterized Republican efforts to rein in the practice as “racist,” brushing aside concerns about potential fraud.
Newsom’s veto marks the second time this year “progressives” have resisted vote-by-mail when it comes to their own interests; Amazon did so in a union vote in January.
Crime is rampant in Biden’s America – Americans are now facing a rise in catalytic converter thefts.
The great Lou Dobbs was on the War Room with Steve Bannon this morning. He was absolutely outstanding showing why he was a key carrier of the news for years with CNN and FOX.
On Thursday, President Biden took a short trip to the FEMA headquarters to give remarks on the federal response to Hurricane Ian and meet with FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell. Following his remarks, Biden turned and saunted away from the podium...in the wrong direction as his FEMA chief called after him to try and put him back in the correct direction. But he didn't hear or chose to ignore Criswell and continued wandering into a FEMA work area where he seemingly searched for a way out, failed to find one, and started shaking hands with employees.
The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case about vaccine requirements in New York City that was once denied by liberal US Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor. This could lead to a huge ruling about how much power state and local governments have, the Conservative Brief reported.
President Joe Biden called for the late Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN) to appear during a live event on hunger and nutrition Wednesday. Walorski was killed in a car accident last month, and Biden had previously called her family to offer condolences.
Though the White House attempted to spin his faux pas as a mere sign that Walorski was “top of mind,” describing it as the kind of mistake that anyone could make, the embarrassing error was the latest evidence that Biden may not be mentally competent to hold the office of president.
And yet there is no talk about removing him from office, using the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, under which the Vice President and the Cabinet submit a written statement to the leaders of Congress that the President is unable to discharge his duties. When President Donald Trump was in office, the media talked constantly about the 25th Amendment. There were even reports that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein tried to invoke the 25th Amendment and replace Trump with Vice President Mike Pence.
A Planned Parenthood doctor and Democrat witness on Thursday told Congress that men can get pregnant.
An information technology company that supports U.S. defense and intelligence apparently was victimized by a ransomware attack.
BlackCat, a ransomware outfit also known by the names ALPHV and Noberus, alerted IT company NJVC about the breach.
"We strongly recommend that you contact us to discuss your situation," BlackCat told NJVC, according to a DarkFeed tweet early Thursday morning. "Otherwise, the confidential data in our possession will be released in stages every 12 hours.
"There is a lot of material. We look forward to your feedback. It's in your best interest."
NJVC, an IT company that supports the federal government and the Department of Defense, earns $290 million in revenue from the U.S., according to DarkFeed.
Radical Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has fired back at people who argue that men cannot get pregnant by suggesting that they also believe that “climate change isn’t real.”
On Thursday, Ocasio-Cortez erupted during a House hearing when a Republican member stated that biological males cannot get pregnant.
The dispute came up during a House Oversight Committee hearing about abortion.
During the same hearing, AOC also claimed that abortion was an economic issue because parents are effectively “conscripted” to work against their will if women are not allowed to have an abortion.
Planned Parenthood Dr. Bhavik Kumar claimed in response to a question from Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) that “men can have pregnancies, especially trans men.”
“Somebody with a uterus may have the capability of becoming pregnant, whether they’re a woman or a man,” Kumar claimed.
“That doesn’t make a difference.”
“OK, we’re done,” Clyde replied.
Russia has stated that pipeline leaks emitting natural gas into the sea are the result of state-sponsored terrorism.
The European Union is investigating the cause of the leaks in the Gazprom-led Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines under the Baltic Sea and has said it suspects sabotage.
“This looks like some kind of terrorist act, possibly at the state level,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, according to TASS news.
“This is an extremely dangerous situation that requires urgent investigation,” he stressed.
A day before, Peskov dismissed claims that Moscow was behind the damage to the pipelines and described those allegations as “predictably stupid.”
Webmaster addition: This is how corporations 'capture' the news media; by addicting them to ad revenues!
In Massachusetts, the state Department of Public Health told medical examiners that if the person died with COVID, to list COVID as a cause of death, even if COVID had nothing to do with the reason the person died.
I know this because one of my state medical examiner friends in Massachusetts was told to do this. My friend won’t speak out about this publicly because he (or she) needs his (or her) job.
This is a violation of federal law.
This could be happening in other states as well. I would not be surprised.
Judicial Watch announced that it received productions of new records totaling 102 pages from the Department of Justice (DOJ) related to the shooting of January 6 protestor Ashli Babbitt that include a memo recommending “that the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia decline for criminal prosecution the fatal shooting of Ashli McEntee [Babbitt],” also noting that the shooter, U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, “did not create a police report or documents” related to the shooting of Babbitt.
The documents also reveal that in the press release announcing the decision not to prosecute Byrd for the killing of Babbitt, the DOJ replaced the words “group” and “crowd” with the word “mob” several times.
The unarmed Babbitt was shot and killed as she climbed through a broken interior window in the United States Capitol. She was a 14-year Air Force veteran. The identity of the shooter was kept secret by Congress, the Justice Department, and DC police for eight months until Byrd went public to try to defend his killing of Babbitt.
Methane leaking from yet-to-be explained damage on the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines is likely to be the biggest burst of the potent greenhouse gas on record, raising new fears of the effect on the climate emergency.
The Nord Stream pipeline from Russia to Germany on Thursday was pumping huge volumes of methane into the Baltic Sea as well as the atmosphere – as much as five times more than escaped in the Aliso Canyon disaster – the largest known terrestrial release of methane in US history.
Webmaster addition: So, while the US Government talks a good game about the environment, they did not hesitate to unleash a massive methane leak just to score some economic points with Europe!
He was joined by 'Squad' members Reps. Ayanna Pressley and Ilhan Omar and Rep. Mondaire Jones.
'Those damn Republicans,' the New York Democrat exclaimed earlier during the day.
'They are bellyaching, you know, when anyone helps regular people. When they give tax cuts to the rich, they say they're helping the middle class. When we help the middle class, they say we're helping the rich.'
Later on Thursday evening, Republican opposition escalated even further when Arizona became the seventh state to sue the Biden administration over the student loan policy.
Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced the lawsuit on Twitter hours after a joint legal challenge from Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas and South Carolina.
'This mass debt forgiveness program is fundamentally unfair, unconstitutional, and unwise,' Brnovich said in a statement.
The Biden administration quietly announced a change in its student debt forgiveness program on Thursday that could exclude up to 4 million borrowers with loans owned or backed by private companies.
The u-turn by the federal government comes after the first legal challenges were filed to the policy and following criticism of the huge costs to taxpayers. Critics also claimed the plan is an illegal use of President Joe Biden's executive power.
The Education Department announced that privately-held loans won't qualify for the relief plan, which the Congressional Budget Office said earlier this week could cost $400billion over a decade.
Webmaster addition: Biden got the hopes up in a lot of debt-ridden students and now pulls the plug. That will piss them off at the midterm elections!

Soros-backed candidate for Arizona’s Maricopa County District Attorney has ties to and is endorsed by multiple Soros-backed organizations that seek to abolish Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and open our border.
Julie Gunnigle, the Soros-backed candidate for district attorney in Arizona’s Maricopa County, has connections to several organizations that want to abolish ICE and open our southern border.
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office is the third largest prosecutorial agency in the United States, heightening the stakes of this election.
Gunnigle boasted that she has “built relationships with” and is “in conversation with folks like… LUCHA,” referring to a Soros-backed organization that seeks to abolish ICE. LUCHA, which stands for Living United for Change in Arizona, has received a whopping $1.75 million from Soros’s Open Society Foundations since 2017. The leftist organization has advocated for the abolition of ICE, which is tasked with securing our border.
Senate Judiciary Republicans sent a letter to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and Justice Department demanding answers to why Catholic pro-life activist Mark Houck was not allowed to self-report for his arrest and arraignment and whether political considerations were made to approve and execute the search warrant.
The letter sent to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland from the Senate Judiciary Republicans demands answers concerning the search warrant and arrest of the pro-life speaker, which happened while his “screaming” children watched in horror.
“Based on reports and allegations, the actions taken by the FBI reasonably call into question whether they complied with DOJ’s use of force policy. The FBI must explain their justification for their actions on September 23, 2022,” wrote the senators.
Houck, the founder and president of The King’s Men — a group dedicated to helping men become better husbands, fathers, and leaders — was arrested at his rural Pennsylvania home last week for allegedly violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
A Russian billionaire was criminally charged in New York with violating U.S. sanctions in an indictment unsealed Thursday that also charges three others in a scheme to ensure his child was born in the United States.
The Russian oligarch, Oleg Deripaska, 52, has faced economic sanctions since 2018, when he was designated for them by the U.S. Treasury Department, which said he had acted for or on behalf of a senior Russian official and had operated in the energy sector of the Russian economy.
Andrew C. Adams, a Manhattan federal prosecutor who heads a task force pursuing crimes by Russian oligarchs, said in a release that Deripaska had lied and evaded U.S. sanctions as he sought to benefit from life in America 'despite his cozy ties with the Kremlin and his vast wealth acquired through ties to a corrupt regime.'
The U.S. economy was even weaker in the first half of the year than previously thought, data from the Commerce Department indicated on Thursday.
Gross Domestic Product contracted by 1.6 percent in the first three months of 2022 and by 0.6 percent in the April through June quarter, meaning the economy shrank for two consecutive quarters.
Those who argued that the economy was not actually in a recession could point to the low unemployment rate and a measure of the economy known as Gross Domestic Income, which had been reported as growing 1.8 percent in the first quarter and 1.4 percent in the second quarter.
On Thursday, the Commerce Department released revisions to its estimates of GDP and GDI. The GDP estimates were unchanged but the GDI estimates for the first half of this year were marked down sharply. First quarter GDI grew at a 0.8 percent annual rate and second quarter GDI growth was a mere 0.1 percent.
Depending on how heavily loaded they were, even assuming everyone had a full battery charge, cars from southern Florida would start running out of juice after 100 – 250 miles. They would then have to spend hours at recharging stations, which would rapidly be clogged with other cars and trucks waiting their turn, since an electricity “fill up” can easily take an hour or more, as compared to a couple of minutes for gasoline. Cars waiting to be charged would spill onto the highways, potentially blocking traffic.
Those cars that ran out of juice on the highway would block traffic. Even assuming that emergency service vehicles could get to them (unlikely if the entire fleet were electric cars), towing a portable generator (powered by fossil fuels, of course) and recharging the stalled vehicles would take plenty of time, as well, further blocking traffic. The stranded cars would, of course, have no air conditioning, no wipers, no GPS.
In all likelihood, the highways would become vast parking lots, trapping their passengers wherever they happened to be stalled, waiting for the storm and flood waters to reach them, unable to get to safety.
